Pricing:

Early Bird Registration (prior to January 11, 2026 @ Noon), first time attendee (This is for FIRST TIME ATTENDEES to a SUNYRLHA meeting ONLY) pricing is $200 per registrant and $225 for general registration. After January 11, 2026 @ Noon, registration (no matter status) will be $250 per attendee.

Hotel Information:

A hotel block has been reserved at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino, for a Hotel Standard.  

Reservations should be made by calling 1-800-771-7711 by January 27, 2026.  

To ensure attendees receive the group rate of $152 per night, attendees should identify themselves with the SUNY Residence Life & Housing Administrators Conference room block. Attendees are reminded to bring their tax exempt paperwork and provide that  to Turning Stone at check-in.
