Summer Meeting

June 10-12, 2024

Our summer meeting is two months away!

Registration

Registration is now live at www.sunyrlha.org/registration/ and includes all conference meals.

  • Early Registration: $80
  • On-Campus Housing: Free!

After May 17, 2024 at noon, registration will be $110 per person and $40 for on-campus housing.

Accommodations

  • On-campus single occupancy is available in suites of 3 or 4. The registration form will ask for housing preferences.
  • Off-campus accommodations are available at a number of Airbnb’s in the area or Bed & Breakfasts.  

Educational Sessions

  • Confirmed topics include:
    • How to Support First Generation Resident Assistants,
    • Partnering with Academics,
    • Co-Teaching in the Residence Halls,
    • Panel of former Residence Life Professionals that have moved into other fields,
    • SUNY updates, and
    • SUNY Legal Updates.
  • If you are interested in presenting on a topic of your choice, please fill out a Program Proposal at www.sunyrlha.org/programming/ and someone will be in touch with you. We are looking for more presenters to give options to our participants!

Networking & Social Events Planned

  • Monday, June 10 at 6:00pm – Welcome Reception with food from the national and internationally competitive SUNY Delhi Hot Foods Team. Karaoke is ready to go so let us know your favorite song so we can make sure we have it!
  • Tuesday, June 11 at 6:00pm – Reception and Luau at Bluestone at the College Golf Course at Delhi. Don’t forget to bring your Hawaiian shirts!
  • Wednesday, June 12 at 12:00pm (after the meeting ends) – Optional lunch and afternoon trip to spots on the Cooperstown Beverage Trail! (additional cost, more information to come)
  • 10% off 9 or 18 holes of golf at the College Golf Course at Delhi from Saturday, June 8 to Friday, June 14. You can contact the golf course directly to make your tee time!
